#11173 1/6 Daguerreotype, young gent with a chin beard
Very nice sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype of a young gent with a chin beard and what looks like hat hair. Slight facial tinting. There is a piece of dust from the scan in the right background above his shoulder. Housed in a full case with some wear, an intact original spine and a working clasp.
CONDITION: The plate is in excellent condition and was resealed with Filmoplast P90 by a previous owner.
