#11181 1/6 Daguerreotype, steely eyed guy with a goatee
Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype of a steely eyed guy with a goatee. Housed in a full case with wear. The hook clasps are present and function as expected. There is a leather spine repair.
CONDITION: The plate is in good condition with tarnish and spots as seen. I have resealed the plate with a new glass, Filmoplast P90 and archival polyester film.
