#11185 1/6 Daguerreotype, handsome dark haired young man with a goatee
Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype of a very handsome dark haired young man with a goatee. He is wearing an interesting ascot/cravat with light polka dots. Gilding has been applied to his tie pin and the pinky ring on his hand. Housed in a nice full case to which I have applied a leather spine repair. The two hook case closures are broken off.
CONDITION: The plate is in very good condition with some scattered small mold spiders as seen. The image was resealed with a new glass and Filmoplast P90 by a previous owner.
