#11214 1/6 Daguerreotype, beautiful young girl
Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype of a beautiful young pre-teen or teenage girl. She has very nice bottle curls and is clothed in a fancy off-shoulder dress with pantaloons showing. Housed in an excellent full case with an intact original spine.
CONDITION: The double-silvered plate is in excellent condition EXCEPT for a crease or large ping which shows as a lighter spot below her dress. I have resealed the plate with a new glass, Filmoplast P90 and archival polyester film.
