#11221 1/6 size Mother-of-Pearl and Abalone case
Beautiful sixth plate size (2.75" by 3.25") Mother-of-Pearl and Abalone daguerreotype/ambrotype case. The outside of the case is perfect. The inside has several missing pieces on the top cover side rails. Also, the top cover outside rail is missing its closure piece and some wood material so the clasp does not work to hold the case closed. Hinges are tight and work fine. The case holds an ambrotype of a mother and child.
