#11225 1/6 Daguerreotype, handsome young man sitting rigid straight
Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype, handsome young man sitting rigid straight. His coat appears to have rather long sleeves. Housed in a full case with some wear and a previous applied leather spine repair.
CONDITION: The double-silvered plate is in excellent condition, one tiny spot on his coat near his elbow on the right side of the plate. I have resealed the plate with a new glass, Filmoplast P90 and archival polyester film.
