#11229 1/6 Daguerreotype, handsome young sailor
Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") Daguerreotype of a handsome young sailor (or previous sailor) wearing two gold earrings. Housed in a full case with wear and a leather spine repair. One closure hook is missing.
CONDITION: The plate is in near excellent condition. I have resealed the plate with a new glass, Filmoplast P90 and archival polyester film.
