#11233 1/6 Daguerreotype, curly-haired handsome young man
Sixth plate (2 3/4" by 3 1/4") daguerreotype of a curly-haired handsome young man staring directly into the camera’s lens. Housed in a very nice full case with a leather spine repair which I applied.
CONDITION: very good condition, nice contrast. One mold spider on his jacket just left of his lapel, a few specks and flecks mostly on the bottom and a tiny hint of mat marks near the right mat. Resealed by a previous owner.
