Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") Daguerreotype of a young woman wearing a very fancy lace adorned dress. Her jewelry consists of a necklace, brooch and wrist bracelet. Housed in a full case with an older spine repair. The case has one hook clasp and closes tightly.
CONDITION: The re-silvered plate is in excellent condition. I have resealed the plate with a new glass, Filmoplast P90 and archival polyester film.
