#11309 1/6 Daguerreotype, curly haired gent in a thoughtful pose
Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype of a curly haired gent in a thoughtful pose. He is wearing a ring on his index finger. He has a dark handkerchief protruding from his coat pocket, typically you will see a white one. The plate is housed in a nice full case with an old leather spine repair. The clasp works fine, and the case closes fine.
CONDITION: the re-silvered plate is in excellent condition. I have resealed the plate with a new glass, archival mat spacer, Filmoplast P90-plus and archival polyester film.
