#11343 1/4 Tintype of hunter with a trophy fox
Really interesting quarter plate (3.25" by 4.25") tintype of hunter. In one hand, he holds his rifle and in the other hand steadies his trophy – a furry fox. All dressed up for his photo shoot, wearing a wide brim tall hat, dress clothes and a pinkie ring. Housed in a full case with wear and an intact original spine. The clasps work fine, and the case closes fine. The plate is in very good condition, see scans.
