#11293 1/6 Daguerreotype, young boy w/toy rifle & his dog

Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype of young boy holding a toy rifle standing beside his trusty pooch and a large cap. A backdrop and a light reflector (on the right) can also be seen. A piece of paper on the felt pad identifies the boy as “Frank Artell, aged five years. Housed in a very nice full case with slight wear and an original spine intact. 

CONDITION: Excellent condition with some light tarnish. Resealed by a previous owner.
