#11289 1/6 Daguerreotype, gent wearing a heavy coat, sea captain/sailor?
Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype of a gentleman wearing a heavy coat, sitting with arms folded and he has a chin beard. He looks something like a sailor or sea captain. Housed in a full case with ware and a leather spine repair.
CONDITION: the plate has some spotting and a few marks. I have resealed the image with a new glass, Filmoplast P90 and archival polyester film.
