#11199 1/6 Daguerreotype, very handsome dark-haired gentleman
Sixth plate (2.75" by 3.25") daguerreotype of a very handsome dark-haired gentleman with a heavy beard. The gent has some light facial tinting applied by daguerreotypist. There is an included note stating his name as “Burton Winslow Todd father of Isabel Todd Anderson.” Housed in a full case with wear and an original spine.
CONDITION: The plate is in excellent condition. I have resealed the plate with a new glass, Filmoplast P90 and archival polyester film.
