#P1159 1/4 Daguerreotype, two teenage young ladies
Quarter plate (3.25" by 4.25") daguerreotype of two teenage young ladies. A very friendly and casual pose. Both are wearing ribbons in their hair and the young lady on the left has a face full of freckles. Housed in a nice full Boston style push-button case with slight wear.
CONDITION: the re-silvered plate is in excellent condition. There are a few scattered tiny spots and the line showing between the two is from my scanner. I have resealed the plate with Filmoplast P90 and archival polyester film.
